As 2017 was announced the Year of Ecology in Russia and the entities of the Transneft system, Transneft Siberia took some measures to enhance environmental safety.
Under the 2018 development program, Transneft Siberia intends to replace and launch 130.91 km of linear portions of the oil trunk pipeline as well as to technically upgrade and build new production facilities at oil pumping stations (PS). Apart from that, it is planned to construct residential houses for the Company’s employees.
Transneft Siberia has completed routine repairs at oil trunk pipelines (OTPs). The work was done under the integrated technical upgrading programme for the linear portion of the Nizhnevartovsk – Kurgan – Kuibyshev (NKK), Ust-Balyk – Nizhnevartovsk (UBNV) and Povkh – Pokachi – Urievskie (PPU) OTPs.
Transneft Siberia, following the results of its industrial and social activities, was declared as the laureate of the interregional premium “Results of the Year in Urals and Siberia”. The joint-stock company is the winner in the category “For Contribution into Development of the Regions of Ural Federal District”.
Transneft Siberia fully implemented its development programme for 2017. The capex utilized totalled RUB 27 billion.
The working meeting regarding construction of the social infrastructure facilities of Zapolyarye - Purpe oil trunk pipeline was held at the administration of Novy Urengoy (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area).
